IdentityI did my graduation in Biotechnology and continued in the same field for my post graduation and Doctorate. I am having strong command at Biology and I have been fortunate enough to have a wide variety of teaching experiences at Lovely Professional University and i am well verse to judge student's level of studies.
I believe in teaching with live examples where it will be an engaged learning programme where the teacher and the student will participate equally. I ask questions during my class. Also on very first day of my class i mention to the students that you will always come to my class with doubts of the yesterday's lecture. So that i will get to know that you have gone through what i had taught and continuation of today's lecture will also be easy with that. Regular tests and assignments to increase student's interest in the subject is also very important for me so time to time tests and doubt clearing sessions will be a part of my way of teaching. Also parents will be informed regularly for their child's performance.
Teaching style may include Power point presentations and videos if required to simplify the topic, to the student. Syllabus will be completed in time if you are joining early in the session and also by the time of final exams i prefer to take few tests one month prior because if student will be lacking somewhere i can ready the student to beat the competition. I welcome students with the hope that they will be good professionals one day
