As a professional Spoken English tutor and a human being who used to face the same issue, as you do now, this hesitation can only be removed by PRACTICE.
PRACTICE and only PRACTICE speaking as much as you can and with the time you will overcome this hesitation. It happens to all so, no need to worry about other people's opinions.
As for grammatical errors when speaking, it may happen to people with English as their first language as well. Nothing shameful about this! So, carry on and move forward.
