"Nightmare of an experience after paying money for classes- they fail to deliver promised terms of classes and do not even rightfully refund after flopping as any self respecting class would. No track of classes and syllabus even after constant questioning. Administration is least bothered, keeps you constantly confused by saying xyz will answer your query but no one replies and they keep pushing their responsibilities on another person. You will keep helplessly running in circles after them for answers and they will not answer calls and messages. They do not believe in taking feedback and improving as they are grossly irresponsible. No reply from them on their official email address. Just pathetic! "

Dear Mukesh, Thanks for your feedback please write the full review that the course was given to you of Rs. 15000/- for N4 & n5 that too in 3 installments but after taking lessons of more than 2 months you denied to pay. The amount only after when you stopped taking our calls we stopped the classes. Still regret for any inconvenience caused. Anyone reading please read and understand the situation on both the fronts we have taught more than 2000+ students on urbanpro and if we were cheaters our account would have been suspended long ago.

I contacted the academy for a refund and they are not giving a proper response regarding the same. Every time they give someone's contact number to contact and they don't give a solution. I am extremely unhappy with the management. When it comes to the language training, Mr Saurabh was a brilliant teacher. First off, the IELTS is not an exam you can ace with just preparation! Remember that the aim of the exam is to test your use of the language and not your knowledge.
So unless you are a person who loves English, reads a lot, and uses it every day, you will not get a nine on the exam.
Ok, now that's clear, let's look at what you need to do for each section;
Reading:
This is the easy bit, practice as many papers as you can, read a lot and try to remember that the aim is to see if you can understand the intent of the text. Answer everything right and it's 40/40
Listening:
Ditto as above, you have to be a person who is comfortable with listening to and understanding native English accents. Time to watch some sitcoms!!! Answer everything and its 40/40!!!
Writing:
This is tricky, not only must you practice writing, but you also need to know the tone with which to write. This is a section where you will need guidance from a good trainer.
Speaking:
Oh god, this is the crucible. If you are shy, you will be at a disadvantage, but let me make a few things clear,
1. This is not a test of your accent, god I hate it when people turn up with fake 'American accents'.
Have a neutral accent, spell everything the right way and you are good!
2. This is not a just a test of your vocabulary, it is important sure, but context and tone are important as well.
For the speaking test, you need practice and a good trainer. One of the most important things is speaking about the topic, don't meander about, answer to the point and stick to it.
It's absolutely fine to mmmm and hmmm and aaaa and errrrr a little. A little!!!!
Although examiners are trained to a high degree and always try to be neutral, writing and speaking are subjective.
Practice hard and work with a good trainer and institute. If you get a 9, you are a C2! A native-level speaker, the best of the best!
