Mindfulness & meditation both are practices to bring peach to our mind & give our brains some tranquility from the hummings of our daily lives. A healthy mind is foundation stone for a healthy body, balanced life & all the relationships within. So we can see that having mental strength is pre-requisite for a successful & happy human being.
I believe that both these practices are easy to practice even during our busy lives. Just find those small pockets of time when you are by yourself. I find it most useful at night time because it helps me to fall asleep easily. so if someone does not get the time during the day, utilize the night.
