There is no perfect age to start singing or dancing or any art for that matter. If you have a desire to learn and are ready to devote time to your learning, there is no doubt you will eventually excel in the art. But the effort needs to be consistent. We have many working professionals as students learning music who joined as beginners. Let me tell you we have students who joined singing classes at the age of 60+ and now they have a great voice. And the oldest student we have is 75+. I hope it helps.
