But if the teacher is successful in providing the students the quality knowledge that they will never be able to forget in their entire life, that is a great achievement for the teacher. The high school students are expected not to be taught but to be facilitated and that is what a teacher should be doing for the high school students. Engaging your students into discussions so that they would develop their ability to think, to state their own opinions. They learn to stab the fear of stage, this is when they gain confidence in public speaking and lastly this is how they learn English.
