There is no such criteria to learn C language for building a Logic if you want really to excel in Software Development in IT industry worldwide. I guarantee you, anybody can learn c programming irrespectie of stream. Follow my method of learning programming and excel in Software field. Literally, as per my experience, this field is open even for Non-programmers and Non-IT sector also.

Just follow my method and surely within two months by doing some exercises on your own, you can build your own logic and then eligible to go to the next step which is the Main Gateway of Programming Technology.
