The Right Angle is a business consulting establishment providing management training, leadership coaching and consultancy services in India (Bangalore, Mangalore, Delhi, Jaipur). Our clientele come from various sectors (services, manufacturing and international funding).

Among corporate clients, we provide services to Capgemini, Maruti JV companies, Schnidern Electric, Oriental Engineers, Motherson Sumi Systems, Tata Consultancy Service, at the middle and senior management levels. We have also carried out several organizational diagnostic surveys, job satisfaction surveys and attitude mapping across levels. In the services sector, we reach out to the World Bank, Asian Development Bank funded projects.

The Founder Director is a management professional with over 30 years of experience in the core areas of HRM, OD and training.

Our core competency in training include i) inter-personal relationship ii) motivation iii) leadership iv) team building v) coaching and mentoring vi) training of trainers vii) communication viii) customer centricity ix) negotiation skills and x) conflict management. The in-house training programs we conduct typically last for two to three days. Post training, we also provide back stopping help for transfer of learning to the job. We use a blend of participative and experiential training techniques to optimize learning. "Learn and have fun" is in our organizational DNA.

We are interested in extending our reach to second tier cities in Karnataka such as Mysore, Hubli-Dharawad, Belgaum, Mangalore etc.
