"Natasha has been a great yoga trainer who gets into the details of your history and plan your sessions accordingly. I have my sessions and 5 AM weekend , it's rare to find a teacher willing to adjust as per your schedule With each session I have felt some of my minor issues already getting resolved. During the sessions important things is also video captured to make us understand our postures and corrections to be done. Also the explanations done doing asanas and chantings help us understand better. Yoga Experience with her is unmatched. I can say have Finally found my yoga guru. "
