Overview

I've been practicing Yoga Asanas for more than 5 years. Started my teaching education in Rishikesh in 2021 and from there I started teaching Yoga on and off. Later I studied Aerial Dances in a Circus School and Contemporary Dance in Israel. This brought me much more knowledge regarding the body and how it functions. Later I studied with a contortionist and we went deep studying Anatomy and the science behind flexibility. Recently, I moved to Mysore, where I am studying Ashtanga Yoga with Guru Chidananda Ji and Bharatanatyam Classical Dance with Vidushi Chethana Ramakrishna. Currently, I am teaching Yoga and Flexibility online in India. Contact Improv is also a passion I have, where I keep researching & learning more.
Studying the body and the human functionalities from different fields and perspectives, developed my teaching method to be very diverse and with different ideas from each field. Therefore I find it more rich & non-orthodox.
