I am Gokul Bhanunath, Yoga practitioner and teacher based in Gokulam, Mysore, the birthplace of Ashtanga Vinyasa. By being here for the 3 years, I have been blessed with the opportunity to learn the traditional ways of yoga from some of the best yogacharyas of our time. Also the exposure I had to spiritual seekers of my generation enabled me to explore the new and dynamic formats of yoga practice, thereby learning how to teach people to incorporate daily practice of yoga into their busy lifestyle. I am a Yoga Alliance certified teacher, and have been teaching full time for the past 2 years.
