There are many ways an adult beginner can begin their piano learning journey. They can start from YouTube, they can join a music institute nearby or they can look for an online teacher as well.

Though simply piano is interactive, it is always better to learn from a teacher either online or offline so that they can guide you better.

A standard piano typically has 88 keys, consisting of: - _52 white keys_: These are the natural notes (A, B, C, D, E, F, and G) that make up the piano's keyboard. - _36 black keys_: These are the sharps (#) and flats (b) that are used to alter the pitch of the white keys. The 88 keys are divided into: - _7 octaves_: The piano keyboard spans 7 octaves, from A0 (27.5 Hz) to C8 (4186 Hz). - _12 notes per octave_: Each octave has 12 notes, including the 7 natural notes (A, B, C, D, E, F, and G) and 5 sharps/flats (#/b). Some pianos may have fewer keys, such as: - _Toy pianos or children's keyboards_: These often have 25-49 keys. - _Harpsichords or early pianos_: These may have fewer keys, typically between 47-67 keys. On the other hand, some pianos may have more keys, such as: - _Bösendorfer Imperial Piano_: This concert grand piano has 97 keys, including 9 extra bass notes. - _Stuart & Sons Piano_: This Australian piano manufacturer offers a 102-key piano, with additional keys in the bass and treble ranges. However, the standard 88-key piano is the most common and widely used configuration. read less

You can't tell an average price of any lessons. There are many factors involved like online/offline sessions, group/individual classes, experience of the teacher and locations as well.
