Renewable Energy Resources; Mentoring Training & Placement (MTP)

"I am Vijai C working at Hyundai R&D, student of Mr. Venu Gopal Sir. During our graduation course work apart from the regular curriculum, he was the in-charge and responsible for mentoring and training students for campus drives. He has handled whole of 2014 Automobile Engineering department, which is the very first batch rolling out from the college, he has played a key role in guiding students on how to approach campus drives and not just technical wise but also has given an insight of the overall industry aspect. He guidance was very valuable as there were no seniors for this department and this has ultimate helped students get selected in companies like Mahindra & Mahindra, Hyundai R&D, Infotech, Capgemeni, NTT Data, Amazon, TCS, Infosys etc., He has got a strong base in both of engineering sciences and management education. He is open and accessible anytime through vaporous medias. Under his steering I was offered jobs in three companies namely Hyundai R&D, Jayem Automotives and FACE consultancy and I choose to join Hyundai R&D. "Venu sir has excellent knowledge in Webdevelopment including basic html onwards to J2EE and advanced java. Apart from these technologies Venu has taught me the CMS technologies using PHP language and Drupal CMS & .Net using Sharepoint Document management system. He also guided me on doing projects using these technologies for small and medium enterprises like Educational Institutes and Small scale industries. He also emphasized on the business communication skills His training has helped me to face the job interviews confidently and I could get a fresher job as well besides my own efforts "
