Well, if you can't talk to people professionally, it creates a significantly bad impact on that job & eventually on the career. I have majorly received my offer letters because of the personality & way of communication I carry rather than just the Alog or Data-structures that I knew. It is your brain & your language speaking skills that matter the most.
