"I have been learning yoga from Ms Sudha Gupta for over seven months now. I find that a lot of positive changes has happened to me both physically and mentally. I was suffering from acute pain in my ankles and feet and all over my body. I was not too sure whether I would be able to practice the different asanas. But Ms Gupta taught me how to go about it step btly step without causing much pain. Now I am able to practice the postures with ease. Her meditation techniques are easy to follow and I am able to relax and meditate quite well. Ms Sudha is not only a good exponent of yoga, her way of teaching is very good "
