If I want to buy, what is the cost of strings?

good strings cost around 400 INR else you can get those in just 50 rupees too... :)

What is capo?

it usually used t raise the pitch... Musicians commonly use a capo to raise the pitch of a fretted instrument so they can play in a different key using the same fingerings as playing open. How do I record what I am playing Guitar such that no other noises are heard?

Make your room sound proof while recording... if do not want to spend much...then pls put all clothes available near you in the corners of your room... and rest clothes everywhere in the room... try to use smallest available room...

To what angle should the screws be bended to get best sound out of Guitar

you need to know about tuning of guitar strings... u should take proper classes...
