IdentityI'm a certified yoga teacher. i teach in and around goregaon. My classes are usually for general wellbeing which includes any and all aspects of life depending on the need of my students. I focus my classes on 2 elements- physical and spiritual. On a physical level we focus on Yoga asana, and on a spiritual level we try to go deeper to connect with ourselves.
Along with yoga asana, i also conduct meditation and pranayama. i love interacting with my students closely and understanding their physical and emotional needs.
I have graduated with a degree in Psychology and hope to help as many people i as i can with the knowledge that i have. I believe that i'm a student and a teacher at the same time. I'm learning from my students at every step.
