Since I am not privy to your understanding of the English language, I do not know how much I can justify. Nevertheless, I will try and hope it will help.
1) Readout loud. This way, you will get used to word pronunciation, which will reflect in you being more confident during the speaking.
2) Do not try to speak too fast. We usually tend to talk soon when we are nervous. Take your time. It's okay to take time while you firm up your thoughts.
3) Read as much as you can. Also, read material that you understand and something of your interest.
4) Surround yourself with people whose English skills are better than yours. Remember, we learn more by listening. More you listen, better for you as you can use your learnings while you speak.
I hope these tips help you. Happy learning.

Try TOYF method. It means Think On Your Feet. Try this exercise during your reading or study time. In this method, one has to read an article and share it with others in his/her own words. When you share an article you have just read, you are most likely to use the phrases and words from the article and not translate from your native language. Well, you will soon surprise yourself after practising this exercise for some time. And this way, the challenge of the translation will ebb away. I wish you the best of luck for this exercise.

Dear Bilal,
Undertake a collaborated approach first, that means, Internal and External help. Internal help, try to look within to determine the areas you would want to improve. External help, try to seek help from an expert, who would pin point certain areas left unnoticed by you. This way, you will realise the amount of efforts you need to put in to achieve the skills and fulfill your desire. Well, there is no short cut to sucess. Therefore, you will have to do the basics right to develop your competence and skills in the desired area.
There are a lot of online materails available on youtube. But they are not customized to your needs and requirments. I suggest you contact an online trainer/class and undergo online session with him/her/them, which could be desgined to suit your requirments.
