I Yoga Siromani Rupa T Chotrani am teaching yoga since 20 years to all age groups from 2 years to 80 years.I have taught in Podar School for 7 years and St.Stanislaus School for 7 years.I have conducted classes and workshops at many places.I am specialised for all types of health issues and giving best of results.I take private classes one on one and also group classes as per requirement of the students.I give personal attention to my students with positive results.I have also taught to slum children as a good deed.I have written a book on Yoga for Children to convey message to children .In today's stressful world Yoga approach is priority. I have helped my students and children through Yoga for their overall growth....physically , mentally , emotionally and spiritually .

"My experience so far has been amazing. I started prenatal yoga during the beginning of my second trimester when I had tremendous amount of back pain. Rupa mam structured the exercises in such a manner that they were not very exerting for me but at the same time helped me in eradicating my severe back pain. Thanks to her to help me with this problem as I was on bed rest before I started the program due to severe back problem. Definitely look forward to take my post natal classes also from her. "
