I have worked in education for the past three years. I am pursuing an MBA specialising in finance, which has further fueled my passion for exploring more about the education sector and sharing my knowledge with others. Throughout my journey, I have had the opportunity to work with Akashn Academy, an esteemed institution that provides one-on-one online tutoring sessions.
My primary responsibility is teaching commerce subjects to students in eleventh and twelfth grades and those pursuing B.Com. Conducting online classes has been a remarkable experience, allowing me to reach students from diverse backgrounds and regions. For each online session, I dedicate one hour of focused teaching. To make the learning experience engaging and effective, I prepare comprehensive lesson plans that cover the essential topics in the curriculum.
I incorporate PowerPoint presentations and educational videos into my teaching materials to enhance visual appeal and comprehension. Additionally, I provide students with detailed notes after each class. Access to quality resources outside of class can significantly contribute to a student's academic success. Moreover, I encourage my students to refer to supplementary books that align with the syllabus. A diverse range of reference books allows students to gain different perspectives and broaden their knowledge base, thus enriching their learning experience.
Being an educator has been a fulfilling journey as I witness the growth and development of my students. The satisfaction of seeing them excel in their studies and achieve their academic goals is unparalleled. This sense of fulfilment drives me to continually improve my teaching methods and explore innovative ways to impart knowledge effectively.
