PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM IN GRAPHIC DESIGN

"Zica is a fraud institute in borivali,they looted me and talked to me and my father very rudely.Their Staff Ms Disha is a ill-mannered person who talks to their students like an animal.Zica is worst institute who cheats their students.I am crying while writing this,I aradhana singh come from a very middle class family and Rs 6000 is a huge amount for me I had taken admission in Zica borivali west on 14/3/20 and the incharge was Disha . while taking admission i had paid 6k as advance for my course graphic design and told her that i will continue my class from july but unfortunately the lockdown started . And from that time i haven't even receive a single message , call or mail from them about the course or about lecs and anything related to it. And when I tried to call the call was unreachable for many time and there was no response. Today my father went to the office of Zica borivali and asked them about the refund as its to late i don't want to continue as online lectures and even to start online for a month they are asking for another 12k and when we ask to refund the amount they started saying we cant refund and all as there was no provision as such about non refundable . They talked very rudely with my dad and said what sir it's only 6k For us its a huge amount and they think if it's to less then y they don't gave the money back. And even tomorrow i will go to police station with my father to file complain about the same."
