I take pride in mentoring mid-level professionals to achieve success in their personal growth at their workplace by using self-evaluation techniques, behavioural training and an inside out approach.
Successfully conducted skill development programs under Schemes like NSDC, NI-MSME, MANAS. The training workshops focused on Realizing your true potential, Spoken English, Business Etiquettes, Grammar, E-mail writing, Entrepreneurship &Team Building. I also provide Placement Assistance to job seekers in terms of building profiles, job applications and guiding them right from Job Search to Joining.
My training methodology is very focused, and it starts with self-assessment followed by understanding the core concepts and experiencing them with roleplays, storytelling, games, acting, group discussions and relating them to their real-life events.
Spoken English has been my forte and my only mantra for that is Practice, Practice, and more Practice with a mix of right guidance, grammar rules and some tips and tricks. My methodology revolves around making the student speak a lot no matter how broken it is. This method makes the student aware of their weak areas, their mistakes and they strive to be better with every speaking session.
I also conduct programs on leadership, communication, public speaking, and confidence building for kids so that they excel in the much-needed real world skills. My classes are highly experiential where kids are not judged and are free to express themselves. Kids learn best when they are given hands on activities, a fun-filled atmosphere and applauded for their efforts. The result is a happy, confident and an independent child.
