I carry along a total of nearly a decade of an extensive experience with me in an international BPO sector as a Customer Service Representative and as a Trainer. My main strengths are my Knowledge, Communication skills and my teaching abilities. I trained and helped many individuals to overcome their English language difficulties. Helped them in pronunciation of English words correctly, speaking the language fluently and coherently. I can teach English from very basic to the advanced level covering all the rules of Grammar, Sounds, Stress, Intonation, useful phrases and idioms. I also conduct sessions on soft skills and telephone etiquette and help to face the interviews as well. I strongly believe that life is a learning process and there is always a scope for improvement. I suggest people to learn more and more and improve themselves from better to the best. Hence, there is NO STOP for learning. My goal is to perform to perfection. I give full effort in my work. I am a dedicated and focused individual who is determined to add value with whomever I work. I am a result oriented person and expect the good level of hard work from the other end as well. Last but not the least, I strongly believe in the saying.
