Birthday Cakes

"Class with her was so easy. Her workshop was easy to find, all materials are given by her, you may just relax in your chairs and enjoy the class. She even takes care of putting out water for everyone, plates & spoons if anyone wants a bite to eat and ofcourse not to forget the ac running full blast which is such a respite in this horrid weather. Her recipes are so simple they look like a childs play. She makes it with so much ease and the room just fills up with the smell of freshly baked cake within minutes. I couldnt help asking her to share bits of cake and frosting from time to time. It was too tempting and coudnt wait for the class to get over. Will definitely go again for her classes. "

What I like about her is she also provides us with all the material needed for making cakes at a very cheap rate which saves us time and energy to visit the market and look for products. "

"Her cakes are so simple and look so amazing. She covers every topic in detail and explains every step neatly. She performs all steps in front of us so we know what is happening. She gives substitutes for everything possible thus giving us options to make cakes with cheaper or readily available ingredients. I would definitely be going back for her classes. "

"Minal's recipes were very simple and easy to understand. She gave important pointers and troubleshooting guidelines in case things go wrong. She gives a lot of examples and tips and gives big portion sizes to take home so we can taste for ourselves and bake again knowing what to expect! Would love to take her classes again. "
