Bread Making Classes

"I had been looking for a bread making class for a long time. Most of them were either too far or too expensive. Minal's class was just perfect. I cant explain how much I loved her breads. Especially her bubble bread is a hugeee hit in my house where all are crazy cheese lovers. I am still a bit scared when I try to make puff pastries at home, but like she said if you can make perfect puff pastry everything in the world of pastry is just childs play..Over months I have become quiet proficient at making puff pastry and I think I am almost close to perfection!! Thanks a ton Minal for the great support that you have always been..you are the best baker in the town undoubtedly!!! "

Freshly baked Eggless Cookies

"I had taken a personalized class with Minal as I wanted to learn Cookie making for my son. The class was super fun, as I made everything myself right from weighing to baking. She took me through each and every step so delicately giving me tips at every point and made me so confident that I can make any type of cookie so well now. Totally totally recommend her. Once my sons exams are over I would surely go back for her demo classes. She is just Fab! "

"She is a very professional teacher. Covers the smallest detail in her class. Her experience shows well in her teaching. Most of the students present in her class have been coming to her for months and swear by her perfect tasting cakes, which motivated me to try the cakes I had learnt in her class that day and to my surprise it came out very well. She is always available to answer any of your cake making queries by sms, watsapp, call and always goes out of the way to make sure the cake making experience is not disappointing for us and we actually enjoy it. I haven't seen a more helpful and passionate person. "

"It was my first time with Minal, her class was so much fun. She actually encouraged us to get our hands dirty in chocolate. I know sounds crazy but the entire room smellled of chocolate, our hands smelled of chocolate, it was chocolate heaven. Its a hands on class so we make all our chocolates on our own. By the end of the day we had learnt to make chocolates with great finish and not to forget the big bag of chocolates we left with even after having eaten half of them. Super fun! "

"This was my second class with her. Her techniques are so simple and I love the fact that she encourages us to come and make chocolates with her. Its so much fun to be playing around with chocolates.
