Similarly, while asking questions, one have to write question on the board. Typical points are to be explained in Hindi. Students are normally hesitant to ask questions but seeing the body language, one has to explain in hindi and also write on the board , of course, in English. Home assignment must be given and check properly. Test must be taken repeatedly.

Students of 12 grade are normally very studious and are careful towards study. This is because, they are in turning point of career. If science student, then, planning for medicine or engineering and hence very much hard working. Only discipline is missing, so if a well planned program for study is made, the best result can be obtained. Syllabus must be completed before January and regular test must be conducted. By the time, preliminary exams come in the first week of January, they must be prepared for the test and after prelims, continue taking board papers and analysing the working of student, one have to take due course of action so as to get better result.
