I am a certified yoga instructor from a reputed Yoga institute Kaivalyadham College of Yoga in Lonavla having 15 years of experience. I have my own Light Space Yoga Studio at mazgaon opp. Saifee park.I m specialized in treating Slip disk, Sciatica, Spondylitis and back pain by Yoga. I am also a Gold Medalist in Boxing. I teach yoga to maintain Fitness, Weight loss, healthy body which in turn gives a healthy lifestyle and prevent us from getting ill. My motto is to teach people to remain healthy and fit by Practicing Yoga, Live a disease free and tension free life. And with the intention to serve the society willing to teach the yoga techniques. In special cases I conduct home visits also but I would like to invite you all health conscious people to my Yoga Studio to learn Yoga n make it a routine in your life to stay healthy n enjoy a happy disease free life.
