Course is all about the body training which includes flexibility exercises like aerobics, strethings,waves workout and many more also with all this will teach dance choreographies to make class entertaining and enjoyable.
We are teaching in this course many styles like bollywood,bollyhop,freestyle,Regional styles like garbha,Tollywood, Koli,lavni,ghoomarÂ
Style and dance choreo will also depends about the batch students strength so trainer will pick style and the choreo accordingly to all thatÂ
Classes will begin with a warm up in which strething aerobics waves and many exercises are thereÂ
After that we do revisions of previous lessons and then we switch into new choreo routinesÂ
Class duration will be one hourÂ
Each student have to come in sports wear and also outside shoes are not allowed in studioÂ
After then completion of course if u wanna do intermediate training then will depends upto trainer because if he feels you need to revise this batch again to make u more better then u have to do that.Â
