Hi Amit, there are 2 aspects that you have expressed in your query. One is with relation to your fluency and the other is related to stage fear. The solution to both these issues is to practise and to undergo training to improve your communciation skills and to build your confidence. Try expressing your viewpoint in smaller groups or your friend circles. Being an introvert is absolutely fine. However, putting across your views should not be hindered becuase you are an introvert. Make a conscious effort to express yourself and do this every day.
