IdentityI am an M.A in English Literature and Bachelor of Education from Mumbai University. I have had a cumulative experience of more than two decades of teaching English Language, Literature and Geography from class VIII to class X in various reputed schools in Mumbai as well as some of the best schools in Panchgani.
Besides being the subject teacher, my responsibilities include the school magazine, organizing extra-curricular activities like Debates, Elocution and Dramatics.
My last role was with St. Peter’s school, Panchgani for more than 7 years as Head of the English department. I have left the school with effect from 1st June 20.
My objective is : To be an active contributor towards the academic and social growth of the children/adults entrusted to my care and also achieve professional growth with the institution I associate.
My latest Experience
Was part of a project entitled “Teach India” organized by Times Group where I taught underprivileged students to speak English from December 2015 to February 2016. For this program we were trained and certified by the British Council.
