I am a fitness trainer in weight management as well as in fitness / judo as well taekwondo player, having an immense knowledge of self defence. I have a teaching experience of 2 years and 1 year in judo and Taekwondo respectively. Also, I had a teaching experience for college students in an workshop by teaching them certain fitness level as well as self defence part.
I have completed my studies on bachelors of physical education in sports and fitness. My skills are that I can teach self defence to women and kids, as now days, it's very neccesity for empowerment and for safety purpose Fitness as if it's the main ideal part of everyones life to stay fit and healthy for longer period of times staying aways from all illness by maintaining ones weight to be fit and fine.
