"I am a lazy person who without being pushed can’t even get out of my bed and I really wanted to workout. Meeting Arko and having him as my personal trainer was a blessing. He is strict as hell and won’t feel pity on you but that is what I wanted. His dedication and his hard work did make me cry but at the end I did achieve the body I always thought was impossible for me. After Arko I did try getting another trainer but couldn’t find anyone better than him so I am going to start training with him again and I can’t wait to get my hot body again :) "
