MBA is appropriate course if you are looking at doing business or getting into management in a field like finance, marketing, human resourceor operations.
CS is about laws. So, if you want to enter into legal job then it is the appropriate course. Also through CS you can manage corporate law in a company.

A graduation degree adds on value to your career. But it is not compulsory for CS.
The student who would like to join the Course after 10+2 has to undergo three stages to pursue the Company Secretaries Course i.e.
Foundation Programme
Executive Programme
Professional Programme
In addition, the student has to undergo Practical Training for about 15 months which a student may opt to start after passing the Executive Programme.
Instead of Foundation programme, you can do B.Com.
