Mirror Technique is the best-proven technique to improve communication and even better your confidence.
You need to look straight into your eyes in the mirror and start by introducing yourself to yourself. Yes! Proven technique and does wonder.
If you don’t have anyone to practise with, you can start by doing this technique.

These days children are much smarter than the kids of 90s. They are exposed to unique technologies and equipments which makes them creative. Therefore, the old ways of teaching are considered boring and monotonous by them. Hence, making the subject learning a fun process is what which is required. He/she can easiely learn for free from youtube as well but there should be something unique about yourself which will attract the students and more than that they will be understanding it in better way.
