Hi Samuel, first you need to share the column headers of the master table. Hv you created the pkey etc for this table ?. Depending on the type of data, you cld create multiple tables n then using a Gui connect to the access db n retrieve data specific to your need.

Let say “Master_Table” Now import your one of the reports which you get from your vendors on daily basis. Let say “Report_Table”. Now create a append query which will append your Report_Table into Master_Table. Make sure you have exact same number of fields and data type in both the table. Then you can create a macro and put all the steps together. Steps->Open Report_Table->Delete old data and paste new data from your report->Run append query-> Message box “Successfully added” ? read less

Dear Samuel, You need training from a pro. You are asking to increase the content in a spreadsheet, which is possible by a simple script. I won't do it, however neither should you. SQL/ any other RDBMS is the language things of these sort. Excel can be used via 'excel connection' to access read, analyse and display Data, and to request any corrections (if any). So could any Spreadsheet. PM me for more details, we have done several such implementations in the past. You might also need several specialised algorithm, wherein the two line hackery of Excel from VB Studio would be inefficient, if not harmful. Moreover without Multisheet support, you'd be dealing across CSV's saved at different time and regions, which makes us choose less error prone RDBMS. Regards, Subhrodip Sengupta read less
