Duration of each session is around 40-45 minutes. Its 5 days a week.

Yoga helps in settling your mind apart from physical benefits. You can use yoga to get rid of your backache or improve your focus & peace of mind or you can use it as a ladder to the divine.
Our Yoga instructor, Anurag Sharma is government certified yoga instructor. He is practicing yoga & meditation regularly since 2001. He has learned yoga and meditation from various organizations including Art of living, Vipasna center, Patanjali, Chandigarh college of yoga and Chandigarh Administration. He has taught yoga & meditation at various government schools & private colleges at Kharar and Mohali. Also conducted weekly sessions for one year at various hospitals of Chandigarh including PGI drug & alcohol de addiction center. He conduct corporate sessions for employees from time to time in various MNCs.
He also works with Chandigarh Administration every year as Master Yoga Trainer for preparing participants for International Yoga day event at Chandigarh. Presently He is taking regular yoga sessions in residential societies of Kharar and nearby.
