I presume as an entrepreneur you are planning to launch a start-up with a business plan and will hire few folks to develop the software that will implement your business plan. In this case your primary role is expected to be direct the business and you also must have a fair amount of understanding of the technologies that would eventually be used by your team to develop the software that you are talking about.
