There is nothing as best digital marketing course. It will depend on your goal and what you want to achieve from the course.
Now a days there are lot of classes selling marketing courses on the basis of the number of modules. Don't be misinformed by this, they try to teach 30 or even 40+ modules, in 100 to 150 hours which is useless. If you go for an interview no one is going to ask you if know seo, sem, smo, affiliate, email etc at the same.
Decide what is your goal, talk to the counselor, take a Demo lecture and come up with the topic that interest you and try to focus on it and master it, at the same time just try to have a basic understanding for other topics. Jobs are based on specific topic like seo, sem, smo etc. so try to learn and do practical at the same time.
