Hello am holding 4 years of IT Helpdesk experience and looking to move to MS AZURE. I am confused between Azure administrator or Azure Devops.
Please suggest which is better.

As you hold helpdesk experience it will be easier for you to move in Azure adminstrator path. You can use your helpdesk troubleshooting and event
handling experience in azure admin path. As Devops path is bit complex and need some experience in azure basics and developing background you may need to struggle bit to grab and hold good command on azure devops. Azure admin is designed in such a way that even a fresher can start from scratch and make his career as an administrator be it azure infra admin, network admin , DB admin or storage admin.

Currently, with the way the market is and added the tech background you have shared, I feel Azure administrator is the right thing to do.
If you go in this direction you should be able to find more job openings within and outside the organization also.
