Dear Ashwini,
I won't say it is going to easy or tough to manage your 12th board examination and medical entrance preparation together. I personally believe it is going to be challenging & by challenging i mean it requires great hard work, with 101% honest dedication accompanies with strict daily routine with regular & continous revison along with daily practice. Balanced nutritional diet & with atleast 8 hours a day sleep is also plays an important key role for great success. Just for a idea purpose i can provide a simple DRC ie., "Daily Routine Chart" for a day. You can improvise the routine per your needs.
IMP.Point :-
I.) Always remember for your prepartion purpose for both of your examination please stick to the NCERT books for clear all your basic fundamentals. For Board examaintion it covers around 99% & for Medical Prepartion 75% of its syllabus.
II.) T.V, Mobile, Music System & every other disturbing electronic gadgets should be completely avoided.
Your DRC for a day are as follows:-
1.) I surely believe Your day is definitely start with your school. So, go to school & enjoy your time with your friends & studies. But Before going to school all you just need to do is just 1 little thing. Just read your particular topic or chapter in advance which you going to read in your school (not a brief detail study i say you do....just have a little idea or concept is more than suffiecient for your topic). And it won't take more than 30 - 45 min. By this way, You can see the change regarding your studies from 2nd day onwards. Give it a try. Trust me.
2.) After school have some nutritional balanced diet. And From Below option One thing you thing you should supposed to do:-
2.a.) If you fell sleepy, Take atleast 2 hour of sleep. It Helps you to relax you body & energized to work more efficiently after sleep.
2.b.) If you don't feel sleepy, just try to do all your home assignments which is being assigned to you from your school.
3.) Give a thorough brief, understanding, detail study of all of your topics which is being taught in your school today. By doing this you going to observe that when you studied those topics in advance before going to school you definietly going to have almost around 70% - 90% of doubts (as you reading those topics first time). And after the topics being taught at school in a brief manner your percentage of doubt is shockingly reduces from about 10% to 20% only. Yes, i know you may not believe me but that's a scientific fact & its true.
4.) From those 10% to 20% of your doubts i suggest you, that you should try to resolve those doubts by yourself with help of internet or by dictionary or from your mentor. After trying all those If you still facing doubts then try to clear those issues with your school teacher next day positively.
5.) By doing this activity you going to realise surprisingly that in one day a same topic or a chapter you going to read atleast 3 times & by this about 90% of that thing is being already memorized & understands by you.
6.) Make sure during your studies you should keep changing your study posture in every 2-3 hour. It keeps you away from boredom & makes you more active in studies for long duration of time.
7.) After doing this if you still have some spare time, then i suggest you must spend atleast 1 hour (not more than that) quality time with your family & friends. Play some mind relaxing healthy (like ludo, etc.) games with your siblings and avoid excess of physical exertion.
8.) Aftrer Your study & home assignments make sure In 6 days a Week you should practice daily for Board Sample Test Papers (3 Days) And MCQ's for medical entrance prepartion (3 Days) alternatively. Make sure you should prepare according to topics which you studied in same day (topics which you studied in school today only). Time limit for this activity shloud not be more than 1.5-2 hours.
9.) After all your today's hard work have some good delicious light meal for your dinner & get atleast 6-8 hours of sleep.
10.) Last but not the least "FOR SUNDAY" Just revised all those topics which you studied whole week from early morning upto atleast 3 P.M (Study + Test). Have a 2-3 hours of sleep And in the Evening i suggest you to make some good outing plans with your friends & family. Have some quality & joyful time. But not more than 3 hours. :)
By following this challenging DRC it defienitely helps you to bulid your confidence & success base for your prepartion in exams. Good Luck & All the Best.
