Dear jogendra, there are many websites and YouTube channels to teach medical subjects..
Medcramvideos channel gives complete medical course and doctor najeeb channel also teaches 1st year subjects..
But, watching videos will help you to recall or to understand concept very clearly.. But you cannot reproduce it completely. Analysis and representation is different.. My advice is to read from text book twice and then see videos.. All the best for your bright future

Nothing is better than paying attention in College classes - especially if you have good teachers. Video lectures will help you learn at your pace, and the main advantage is being able to revise by seeing the videos again and again. I would suggest Mastermbbs.com videos for the first year. I found them very useful for Anatomy, Physiology and Biochemistry.
