I provide free counselling to understand the condition and goals of the client.I have been doing this for more than a year now. Being an IT professional i have taken this up only because I love to teach people to get FIT and stay FIT. My teaching is a mix of old school fitness training with a blend of updated Exercise science. I believe in both looking good and getting stronger.Looking good is very important, but what is the point if you are of no use in terms of strength to the society and yourself when needed and I tell you, It is Possible!!! I have trained both Men and women in the past, varying between age groups 22-48 and it was a great experience so far.
