I teach my students with a lot of understanding, patience, and inspiration besides keeping them in good humor. If I feel the student is not getting musical, I request the parents to allow me to leave further assignment. I believe, a student should be able to learn enough within 18 to 24 months to become his own teacher. Two of my students - girls of std.4 - have passed the Trinity College of London Electronic Keyboard Exams Grade 1 and Grade 2. Presently, five of my students are preparing for the Trinity Piano Grade 2 and Grade 3 exams.
