I’ve done masters in English and B.Ed. from LKO University


I have been teaching for around 6 years now (last 5 years at Cambridge International School, Dubai).

I have learnt through experimentation, by observing experienced teachers, my peers, and by attending workshops and professional development training courses


I completed the Cambridge International training course for teachers and trainers in the year 2013, where I experimented with different teaching approaches ( use of ICT), facilitating active participation among shy learners, and reflecting on practice(large group presentation.)

I became a Cambridge learning coach(2014-2015) for employing Vocabulary development across Middle School, where I organized workshops to facilitate the vocabulary building strategies in Middle school.

Furthermore, I also qualified the Cambridge International Exams (ESOL) with 176 score.

I am a specialized English teacher and was rated 'GOOD' as per my school Standards.

Most of my lessons are learner led lesson, I use role plays, critical thinking skills, 21st century skills, project based and outdoor learning quite often.Vocabulary building is an intrinsic part of all my lessons.

Special attention was given to students with language difficulties to ensure this, I also used to take support classes, after school.

I hope my skills and experience will continue to enhance my students' learning and advancement .
