While speaking, do not think and talk at the same time. There should be no influence of your mother tongue.This will lead you to make a mistake. When you are trying to talk, first analyse, split the words about what you speak and then keep on trying the alternate methods. While you try to learn and especially when trying to talk something new in English, mistakes will happen. Learn from every error about what went wrong in your first try and then make a note of it. Observe the media channels. Try other ways like how others are doing better than you and keep practising. Contact experts and take guidance on how you could be better.
