I am a passionate chess player. Played many tournaments since my boyhood. Enjoy the game and coaching the same to juniors. My rating in lichess blitz is 1563 and 1695 in chess.Com. I shall be able to coach students with rating upto 1200 in both the above chess platforms. I shall be giving them the values of the pieces, squares. Also will be teaching various tactics like pin,double attack, skewer, discovered check etc. I will familiarise them with basic mating patterns and technique of achieving them. I will also provide the basic end game knowledge on mating with the king and queen against the lone king, king and rook against the lone king. Technique of queening a pawn, ideas of opposition and stalemate will be transpired in the coaching. Middle game ideas on attack, weak squares, open position; closed position will also be discussed. Concept of castling, connecting the rooks opposite side castling will be covered during the class. The opening principles like development of pieces, control of centre and how failure to adhere the game leads to quick losses will be discussed. Miniature games will be shown and discussed in detail to make the student understand why one won the game and ohter lost it. This helps the student to avoid such mistakes in his own games. Also mind blowing puzzles will be given to students for solving. The different ideas of pulling a draw in a game like perpectual check, repetion of moves will also be disccussed. Advanced concepts like isolated queen pawn, hanging pawns will be introduced.
