"I recently joined one of the programs conducted by Aura Global. Teachers put heart in their job and connect with students to pass on the content to be delivered. Teachers add value to a student's life by imparting content to develop their ability of thinking on a daily basis. One such trainer is Dr.Usha. "I am a second year computer engineering student. I have been taking sessions from Usha maam from past 4 months and I feel very happy that I connected to her through a normal online query on google. At first, I thought it would be very uncomfortable as we’d have online sessions and it would be not one to one. But no wonder, she is so good at her work that she never ever gave me a chance to feel like that. From the first session it was a very friendly bond between us which is genuinely required if some person has to share his/her problems with a completely new person altogether. It never felt like a teacher student combination, it was always like a friend to friend one. Coming to the sessions part, I liked that the sessions were not planned and fixed like a class or tuition. Sessions only took placed whenever I was free and actually felt like connecting as me being a college student, it is hard to connect every week on the same time or same days due to the academic work. The sessions didn’t feel like a torture or something, it was always fun and interesting to interact with Usha Maam. It was not only about the sessions, let it be anytime in the day/night she would be always there to talk to you and help you out with any random situation. "

"Here I want to write about the courses ( leadership Excellence Program - LEP)& communication Excellence Program - CEP) which I took under the guidance of Dr.Usha Rajagopalan. It was a super exciting journey of learning and a very friendly environment. Each classes was full of enthusiasm. "Important highlights of the sessions Informational presntations- I saw the understood multiple presentations. I learnt about self confidence, self awareness, etc. After that I started implementing it in real life. I felt more confident and seemed easier to communicate with strangers. Discussions- I had multiple discussions with my fellow mates and I learnt to develop leadership by allowing everyone their points and time to speak. It also helped me have discussions with my friend and brought me more into the group.
