He is a master of percussion instruments but at the same time is very fluent with lead instruments like guitar and keyboard. I feel Lucknowites are lucky to have such a talent available to teach them the intricacies of music. I pray to God that he gets his due for the passion he has. With a bit of luck favouring him he should be displaying his skills in Bollywood soon. I wish him all the best in his endevours. "

"I know thakkar at tipu sir for more than two decades and seriously he is gem of a kind in music and is immensely talented when it comes to percussion. Apart from that he also has good acumen in teaching as far as music is concerned. I have personally known him for rhythm instruments but he has also managed to excel in other lead instruments so nicely that one may find it hard to figure out his favorite or main instruments. He is a complete music material and his world starts, follows and ends with MUSIC. Young aspirants and students can really gain from his classes and I think students of music from Lucknow are really lucky to have him in the city. Wishing him all the very best of luck for the future. "
