See firstly it is very important to show that you are confident and serious. Your first question will be regarding your experience, if you are fresher just describe them that how you are an eligible person for this job. Marks in college doesn't matter in job interview, if they ask an academic question and due to nervous feeling you forget the answer take your time answer smartly, if you are still unable give the answer just try to divert the conversation. Be truthful to some extent but not completely. An interview is to test your reaction to adverse situation act bravely.
