I am a Zumba trainer and weigh trainer. I have done my BE in aerospace engineering.I m a weight lifter at national level with 3 gold medals and state level power lifter ! Yes for sure it is helpful if u do in correct formation. I would say 3 times in a week is very good , safe and effective. Zumba helps to increase stamina and keeps body active and flexible. This is the best cardio workout where one loose weight without pain. :)

Yes , Zumba is very effective for them who want to loose weight. If Zumba is does in proper formation then for sure one can see its progressive result. Zumba is very safe if it is done 3 times in a week. More than 3 times , I personally wouldn't recommend as its high intense cardio. To stay safe and... ...more

To stay safe and see good result without any side effects like knee pain or back pain , I suggest Zumba 3 times in a week ! Per session 1 hour and you are good to go!!!!!
